- Lip extends 1–2" into the gutter channel — continuous smooth water flow
- Rear roof TPO in excellent condition — membrane stays
- Lower gutter to correct height with proper slope (~1/4" per 10')
- Redo J-channels at proper 45° in all 3 windows (flat install = the leak cause)
- Remove old caulk & re-caulk J-channel/window-metal joints on all 3
- Pull windows only if needed to seal properly

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined
responsibilities and scope of work.
Scope: All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not
included unless agreed in writing. This is Change Work Order #2 on accepted Invoice #335 —
additional to CWO #1 (siding repair).
Not included: TPO membrane replacement on the rear roof (excellent condition),
insulation (none present), structural/deck work, gutter replacement (unless rotted), interior
work, painting. General Conditions + debris removal are INCLUDED — no charge on this change order.
Contractor supplies: 60-mil TPO membrane, primer, seam cleaner/roller, termination
bar + fasteners, metal drip edge, J-channel, exterior caulk, gutter fasteners.
Notes:
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
Warranty:
**12 months workmanship.
